The much-loved Rubens at the Palace is once again royally welcoming guests back to Buckingham Palace Road, alongside sister property Hotel 41, Tripadvisor’s top-rated hotel in the UK for the last 10 years. I caught up with the ‘Top General Manager of the Year’ Malcolm Hendry, as voted for by Luxury Travel Advisor, this week to talk about life in lockdown and what guests can expect when checking back into The Rubens and 41.
All of our hotels have now adopted the health and hygiene global standardised protocols from the WTTC. These protocols take into account World Health Organisation (WHO) and the US’ Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines with a focus on health, safety and physical distancing guidance which travellers will need and expect. If you have any questions or concerns on the well-being of your clients, please do contact me or any of our General Managers. More information can also be found on our travel information page.
Warm wishes,
Jonathan Raggett
