After working in a busy London hotel for several years, Claire transitioned to HR to follow her passion for working with people. Gaining experience in Training, Recruitment, and HR Manager roles, Claire's journey with Red Carnation began as Group HR Manager. She has since been promoted to Director of People & Culture and feels fortunate to work for such a unique, dedicated, and caring company.

Sadrick Rodrigues

Assistant Director of People & Culture

Sadrick began his career in hospitality in the kitchen at his local hotel, where he discovered his passion for both working with people. His journey with Red Carnation started in January 2019, and he is proud to work for one of the best companies in the industry. Since joining, Sadrick has come to understand why Red Carnation is so highly regarded - every team member is treated with genuine care.

Szandra proudly joined Red Carnation as a Recruitment Officer, bringing with her 10 years of experience in hotel operations. She loves helping applicants find their ideal positions, matching them with the hotel that best suits their personality, as each Red Carnation property has its own unique character. Szandra looks for candidates with a great attitude, a willingness to work, and a positive, service-oriented approach.

Francesca Cocco

Assistant People & Culture Manager

Francesca transitioned to HR three years ago after many years of delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry. Her decision to move into HR stemmed from a desire to support colleagues and provide assistance wherever possible. Starting her role as P&C Officer in 2023, Francesca takes pride in being part of a company that promotes development and career progression, fostering an environment where colleagues can express themselves and thrive in a positive, safe workplace.

Hannah Williams

People & Culture Coordinator

Hannah began her career with enthusiasm after graduating from university. Red Carnation Hotels provided her with the opportunity to join their People and Culture department, where she has been able to pursue her passion for working with people. In her role, Hannah is privileged to guide UK employees through their onboarding process as they join the company. She looks forward to further developing her skills and learning in this position.

Magda is passionate about developing people and empowering them to reach their full potential. As Head of Learning, Development & Culture at Red Carnation, she works closely with employees across the company, supporting them on their individual journeys. Magda's role is to ensure that each team member grows and develops through in-house training programs, on-the-job training, or external courses.

Simon brings over 10 years of expertise in hospitality training to Red Carnation Hotels. His career reflects a genuine passion for nurturing talent and driving internal development, with a focus on creating engaging learning opportunities that inspire growth. As Red Carnation’s Learning & Development Manager, Simon combines his knowledge and enthusiasm to champion the company’s commitment to exceptional service and team development.

Filipa Biquinha

Talent Acquisition Manager

With a background in hotel operations and a first-class honours degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, Filipa joined Red Carnation over three years ago as a member of the recruitment team. Passionate about attracting top talent, she also builds relationships with key stakeholders, charities, schools, colleges, and universities. In her current role as Talent Acquisition Manager, Filipa leads the recruitment strategy and processes across the UK.

Fatou Camara

Talent Acquisition Officer

After graduating with a first-class degree in Human Resource Management, Fatou began her career at Red Carnation, joining the People & Culture team as an administrator. Driven by a passion for connecting with people, she has since moved into recruitment. In her current role, Fatou is focused on driving the recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to coordinating seamless interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Maisy Gale

Learning & Development Coordinator

Maisy proudly joined Red Carnation over 10 years ago at the age of 18, after studying Food and Beverage in college. Starting as a waitress, she worked her way up to Guest Services Manager before transitioning to the Learning and Development team. In her current role as Learning & Development Coordinator, Maisy shares her training experiences with others who wish to grow within the company.

Claire Casey

People & Culture Administrator

Claire joined RCH two years ago after graduating from Shannon College of Hotel Management and began her journey in our management programme. Claire's diverse experience includes working at the Milestone Hotel and at the Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel, where she developed a strong foundation in hospitality. After graduating, Claire’s passion for people led her to the People and Culture department contributing to our vibrant team as a People & Culture Administrator.
