The Bouchard Finlayson cellar is conveniently located a scenic 90 minutes’ drive from Cape Town, close to the world-famous whale-watching centre of Hermanus.

The Graduate Management Programme is an 18 - 24 month programme open to ambitious graduates with at least six months of work experience in hospitality, who are looking to become our Senior Managers of the future. The 'on the job' training is complemented with a series of training courses, which are tailored to you, to help you develop the managerial skills needed for a managerial position.
The Direct Entry Management Programme is open to ambitious individuals, who are wanting to pursue a long-lasting career in hospitality and become our Senior Managers. It is designed for someone with no particular qualifications or with minimal experience, giving you the foundation of knowledge and skills to kick start your career in the industry. It is similar to our Graduate Programme, but with a longer duration to complete all the areas of hospitality, with the programme lasting 3 - 4 years.
