"Seven private Georgian Grade II listed townhouses, originally constructed in 1806, form what is now the beautiful Montague on the Gardens hotel. I have had the honour of being part of this incredible journey since 2002, when I took up the position of General Manager.
I have the privilege of working closely with a wonderful group of true hospitality professionals and it is their passion that makes The Montague such a special place. For the past 15 years, The Montague has featured consistently in the top 10 traveller-rated hotels on TripAdvisor in London. This extraordinary achievement has made me very proud of our team, especially as we are the only four-star property in London to have achieved this.
Our central location is unbeatable; on one side we have the vibrant West End, on another we are minutes’ walk from London’s main transport hubs, and can easily access London’s iconic Oxford and Bond Street. The hotel is also a stone’s throw away from the world-famous British Museum and the literary scene in leafy Bloomsbury.
I am also very passionate about sustainability with the proud introduction of our beehives in 2018, which our guests can learn about during their stay. We also sustain a living wall and frequently use ingredients grown in our thriving herb garden.
