We are working to lower our carbon footprint through energy-efficient practices and investment. With EarthCheck, we are tracking our progress towards achieving science-backed certification. We're focused on reducing our energy and water use through smarter systems, renewable energy, and daily efforts from our teams.

Food sustainability
In our kitchens, we prioritise reducing food waste and sourcing locally where possible. Working with partners like Winnow Solutions, we’ve already cut food waste by 42% and are on track to meet our target of 50%.
