The hotel joined Red Carnation Hotels in 2001, adding a distinguished Swiss address to this renowned collection. I am immensely proud to work alongside team members who have been part of our story for over 30 years. At reception, it is not unusual to hear guests and colleagues greeting one another by their first names — a reflection of the genuine warmth and sense of belonging that define our hotel.

Le 17 restaurant brings an elegant touch, celebrated for its renowned Afternoon Tea and refined signature dishes crafted with the finest  locally sourced ingredients. Excellence is not an aspiration here — it is our standard.

One of my favourite moments is accompanying guests to the rooftop at sunset, where Geneva reveals itself in all its beauty and the Mont Blanc turns into a magnificient pink, before continuing the evening at the Leopard Bar — without question one of the true “places to be” in the city.

Our prime location, directly facing the iconic Jet d’Eau, places the very best of Geneva at your doorstep. A short boat ride connects you to the city centre, where you can admire the famous Flower Clock, wander through the Old Town, or visit the remarkable Patek Philippe Museum. We are equally proud to offer signature experiences, from an exclusive watchmaking lesson to create your own timepiece, to curated day trips to charming destinations such as Yvoire, Gruyères, and Lausanne.."
