Our ethos

Our sustainability work is guided by our VP of Sustainability, Michelle Devlin, and Programme Lead, Samantha Wilson. They work closely with sustainability representatives at each property to help us stay focused on making practical, long-term progress.

Each property has a dedicated team supporting sustainability day-to-day. Sustainability leads coordinate across departments, EarthCheck Coordinators guide the certification process, EarthCheck Data Managers ensure accurate reporting, and our Food Sustainability Managers lead on local sourcing, seasonal menus, and reducing food waste.

In January 2025, we began working with EarthCheck, a global sustainability certification body. This partnership is helping us track our progress and strengthen our sustainability performance. Within the year, fourteen properties received Bronze Benchmarking Status and will undergo external audits in early 2026.

Sustainability is a shared responsibility. Across our teams, with our guests, and in partnership with local communities, we’re taking steps to reduce our impact and support the places we operate in. From reducing waste to protecting nature, we believe that responsible choices can shape the future of hospitality.
