Executive Vice President

Victoria Tollman proudly serves as Vice President of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection, overseeing all facets of the business with a special focus on brand image. She works closely with the Red Carnation commercial team across sales, marketing, and PR. Her passion for people drives her substantial involvement with the company’s pillars of Sustainability and DEI, ensuring that best practices are embraced to create a lighter carbon footprint and that each team member can be their true selves.

Executive Vice President

Toni Tollman is honoured to serve as Director of Design and Projects at Red Carnation Hotels. Working alongside our in-house design team, she conceptualises, designs, and restores the portfolio of beautiful hotels. Toni is particularly proud of the creation of Xigera and 100 Princes Street, where she meticulously hand selected every aspect of their evocative interiors.

Jonathan Raggett

Jonathan Raggett

CEO

Jonathan Raggett joined The Red Carnation Hotel Collection in 1998 as General Manager of The Rubens at the Palace. In 2000, he was promoted to Managing Director, and in 2022, he became CEO. Jonathan was delighted to be named Hotelier of the Year at the Hotel Catey Annual Industry Awards and is proud to serve as the Charity Chair of Trustees for Hospitality Action as of 2023. He feels privileged to work alongside such a talented team, who he believes are truly the best in the business.

Terry Holmes

Executive Director

Terry Holmes joined The Red Carnation Hotel Collection in 2006, after a lifetime of exceptional experiences in the hospitality industry, including positions as Managing Director of The Ritz and The Stafford. He believes that the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel is the people who work there, and Red Carnation truly exemplifies this. Each Red Carnation property is special and unique, offering a consistently genuine welcome.

Vice President People & Culture

Liz McGivern's first role with Red Carnation Hotels was as Training and Development Manager. She then progressed to Director of Human Resources and Training and is now delighted to serve as Vice President of People & Culture. Liz believes that the best piece of feedback is when a guest remarks on the fantastic service they received, as this is ultimately how the People & Culture team is judged - from recruitment through to training.

Suzie Thompson

Vice President Commercial

Suzie Thompson joined the Executive team at Red Carnation Hotels in July 2011 and proudly leads the Sales, Marketing, PR, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Distribution teams for the collection. She is passionate about telling an authentic brand story, building effective and collaborative teams, and championing guests to ensure that the brand proposition reflects the customer experience in every way possible.

Brian Brennan

Projects Director Building & Design

Brian Brennan joined Red Carnation Hotels in 1996 and is responsible for leading the design team in all aspects of hotel renovations, decorative initiatives, and remodelling new acquisitions. He works closely with Toni Tollman to achieve the high standards and stylish visual impact for which Red Carnation is renowned. Brian has a deep love of antiques, arts, and fabrics, and he personally manages every aspect of the design, infusing thoughtful signature touches that make the collection unique.

Simon Royce

Vice President of Finance & Administration

Simon Royce, Vice President of Finance & Administration, is deeply involved in the day-to-day business of Red Carnation Hotels and in shaping strategy and decisions for the collection. He particularly enjoys this broad spectrum of responsibilities and is delighted to work with both a talented team of finance professionals and the operators of the hotels.
