Widely acclaimed for her momentous contribution to hospitality, Beatrice Tollman’s numerous accolades include the European Hospitality Awards Hotelier of the Year, a Catey Lifetime Achievement Award and The Leading Hotels of the World’s Leading Legend award. Bea was also inducted into the British Travel & Hospitality Hall of Fame in 2019. She is passionately involved in every aspect of the business, from guest feedback to overseeing design and working closely with our Executive Chefs.
Victoria shares her mother's passion for the hotel business, our guests and our wonderful teams, overseeing guest experiences, Sales, Marketing and PR for Red Carnation Hotels. She was instrumental in bringing the iconic Hotel d’Angleterre on the edge of Lake Leman, Geneva, into the collection. Victoria is also Director of the family’s highly acclaimed South African vineyard, Bouchard Finlayson, and is a Director for The Travel Corporation, a family of 40 travel brands.
Toni is Director of Design and Projects at Red Carnation Hotels, as well as sister brand Uniworld, the luxury river cruise line. Alongside her mother, Toni uses her incredible eye, international experience and finely-honed aesthetic to conceptualise, design and restore our portfolio of beautiful hotels and ships.
Jonathan joined The Red Carnation Hotel Collection in 1998 as General Manager of The Rubens at the Palace. In 2000 he was promoted to Managing Director, overseeing the rapid expansion of Red Carnation's collection of award-winning luxury boutique hotels. An inspirational leader, Jonathan Raggett was delighted to be named Hotelier of the Year in November 2009 at the world-renowned Hotel Catey Annual Industry Awards, organised by the Caterer & Hotelkeeper.
Internationally acclaimed hotelier Terry Holmes, winner of the 2006 Caterer Tourism Award, joined Red Carnation Hotels in February 2006, bringing with him his incredible passion for the hospitality industry. A much loved character at each of the hotels in The Red Carnation Collection, his presence together with his expertise further strengthens our guests' experience.
Liz’s first role with Red Carnation was as Training and Development Manager. She then became Director of Human Resources and Training and is now delighted to be Vice President for People & Culture. Liz believes that the best piece of feedback is when a guest remarks on the fantastic service they received, as this is ultimately how the People & Culture team is judged - on recruitment through to training.
Having joined the Executive team at Red Carnation Hotels in July 2011, Suzie leads the Sales, Marketing, PR, Revenue Management, Reservations and Distribution teams for the Collection. Suzie is passionate about telling an authentic brand story, building effective and collaborative teams and championing our guests, to ensure that the brand proposition reflects the customer experience in every way possible.
Brian is responsible for leading the Design team in all aspects of hotel renovations, decorative initiatives and remodelling new acquisitions, working closely with Mrs Tollman and her daughter Toni Tollman to achieve the high standards and stylish visual impact for which Red Carnation is renowned. With a deep love of antiques, arts and fabrics, he personally manages every aspect of the interior design, infusing thoughtful signature touches that make our collection unique.
Simon is very much involved with the day-to-day business of Red Carnation as well with helping to formulate strategy and decisions at a group level. He particularly enjoys this broad spectrum of responsibilities and is delighted to not only work with a talented team of dedicated finance people, but also with the operators of the hotels.
