After working in a busy London hotel for several years, Claire transitioned to HR to follow her passion for working with people. Gaining experience in Training, Recruitment, and HR Manager roles, Claire's journey with Red Carnation began as Group HR Manager. She has since been promoted to Director of People & Culture and feels fortunate to work for such a unique, dedicated, and caring company.

Francesca transitioned to HR three years ago after many years of delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry. Her decision to move into HR stemmed from a desire to support colleagues and provide assistance wherever possible. Starting her role as P&C Officer in 2023, Francesca takes pride in being part of a company that promotes development and career progression, fostering an environment where colleagues can express themselves and thrive in a positive, safe workplace.

People & Culture Coordinator

Hannah began her career with enthusiasm after graduating from university. Red Carnation Hotels provided her with the opportunity to join their People and Culture department, where she has been able to pursue her passion for working with people. In her role, Hannah is privileged to guide UK employees through their onboarding process as they join the company. She looks forward to further developing her skills and learning in this position.

Talent Acquisition Officer

After graduating with a first-class degree in Human Resource Management, Fatou began her career at Red Carnation, joining the People & Culture team as an administrator. Driven by a passion for connecting with people, she has since moved into recruitment. In her current role, Fatou is focused on driving the recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to coordinating seamless interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Maisy proudly joined Red Carnation over 10 years ago at the age of 18, after studying Food and Beverage in college. Starting as a waitress, she worked her way up to Guest Services Manager before transitioning to the Learning and Development team. In her current role as Learning & Development Coordinator, Maisy shares her training experiences with others who wish to grow within the company.
