Who is Calogero?
Calogero, best known as Lillo amongst colleagues and friends, is our Bar Supervisor here at The Milestone Hotel.
How long has Lillo worked at The Milestone?
Lillo has worked at The Milestone Hotel for almost one year now. He started originally as a Bartender and has already developed into his current role of Bar Supervisor.
What makes Lillo such a special and valued member of The Milestone team?
Lillo has a phenomenal level of efficiency, attention to detail, and genuine passion for customer service to ensure exceptional guest experiences which, as a part of Red Carnation Hotels, is a cornerstone in our philosophy.
He also has an infectious level of composure and calm, and is at ease even when the bar is busy at maximum capacity. Lillo has played a pivotal role in what continues to shape up to be the most exciting year to date for The Stables Bar.
Are there any special or particularly memorable moments that you’d like to highlight?
Lillo has been well and truly involved in some record-breaking evenings in terms of revenue in The Stables Bar, and is a firm favourite for a large number of our very regular guests at The Milestone. He has created some wonderful cocktails for not only key promotional dates but for some of the ‘takeovers’ we have had also, involving very influential and talented mixologists from around the world.
