It's not overstating it to say that Wishi, a company built to offer its clients expert guidance in luxury styling, are revolutionising the fashion industry. Simply provide them with your digital closet and you'll be matched with one of their experienced stylists, before you then receive a range of style boards, revisions, and personalised sessions, depending on your chosen plan, to give you the perfect look.

As a company that really puts in the work to understand its clients and their preferences, they couldn't be a more natural fit to partner Red Carnation. Here, we've taken the time to interview their Co-Founder and CEO, Clea O'hana.

The Co-Founders of Wishi

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

A healthy balance of stability, very few unexpected surprises, and the comforting knowledge that the people I love are close and well.

What is your greatest fear?

Failing and letting down the people who matter most to me.

Which living person do you most admire?

My mom. She’s the most thoughtful, compassionate, generous, and honest person I know.

Which historical figure do you most identify with?

Simone Weil. She embodied strength shaped by trauma, transforming pain into purpose. She built something meaningful, fought invisible battles with both empathy and resolve, and left a legacy anchored in values, not ego.

Who are your heroes in real life?

My grandfather. The hostages who survived. And the medical teams who risk their lives daily for others.

What is your greatest extravagance?

Travel and discovering beautiful places and cultures, especially when shared with the people I love.

Which words or phrases do you most overuse?

“Can we simplify it?”

What or who is the greatest love of your life?

My husband and my children.

What is your most marked characteristic?

Optimism.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Building Wishi, not just a product people love, but a culture rooted in collaboration, trust, and loyalty. What I’m most proud of is the team. Many have been with us for years and deeply believe in what we’re building together.

What is your favourite journey?

My entrepreneurial journey. It’s taught me more than I ever imagined – and I’m still learning every day.

What is your greatest regret?

Not always being fully present. Even outside of work, I sometimes struggle to truly disconnect.

What is your most treasured possession?

My children. Otherwise, my wedding band.

Where would you like to live?

Somewhere warm, where I can wear shorts and a t-shirt most of the year, yet still be surrounded by people building meaningful, ambitious things.

What is your favourite occupation?

Being an entrepreneur.

When and where were you happiest?

In Morocco, on holiday, surrounded by family and friends.

Which talent would you most like to have?

Graphic design.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

To be more discerning, less quick to trust without proof.

What is your motto?

“Never give up. Especially when it matters most.”
