From our Staff Appreciation Party in April to the launch of Éalú on the Ashford Estate in October, we are incredibly proud of each hotel that encompasses the Red Carnation Family. Here is a snapshot of Red Carnation Hotels' successes in 2023; we look forward to an even better 2024.

Each of these awards demonstrates our commitment to sustainability; through eco-friendly practices, energy conservation initiatives, and community engagement, we are passionately contributing to a greener future in the hospitality industry.
In April, we hosted our Staff Appreciation Party, where our Red Carnation Hotel Collection family members gather to celebrate our incredible employees from our hotels across the world. A black-tie event filled with awards, a three-course meal and dancing, this was certainly a night to remember.
Heroes are individuals who exemplify the core values of Red Carnation Hotels, providing the most amazing, attentive, and personable service to our guests. Legends are individuals who have shown outstanding commitment and loyalty to Red Carnation Hotels. Join us as we share the stories and passions of a few special Red Carnation ‘heroes’ and ‘legends’.
Since the launch of our five-year sustainability strategy How We Tread Right (HWTR), established in September 2020 by our parent company The Travel Corporation (TTC), we have made strides towards our target of delivering enriching travel experiences that are environmentally conscious and protective. Our range of MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experiences have been chosen for the positive impact they have on the traveller and communities we explore. From an Interactive Tea masterclass at The Chesterfield Mayfair to a Rock Art Excursion at Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve and Wellness Retreat in the Cederberg Mountains.
In October, the Ashford Estate opened Éalú, a state-of-the-art health and fitness centre, designed to rejuvenate, invigorate and promote serenity.This project is incredibly exciting, giving another dimension to the luxurious Ashford Estate, where families are able to relax amidst the tranquil Irish landscape.
Red Carnation's first hotel in Scotland will be unveiled in the spring of 2024, deftly combining Scottish heritage and deluxe creature comforts in an exclusive hospitality haven finished to superior standards.
